This document provides the rules and expectations for team Get Walking group members. All group members are currently in agreement with the rules outlined here, but should one of the group members feel that these rules are not working for the overall team goals, that group member can call a meeting to discuss changes to this document.
This document provides the team with guidelines for our group’s expectations of one another. Failure to comply with this covenant may be considered grounds for removal from the group. In the event that a team member no longer fulfills the requirements of this covenant, the team will take a vote to determine a course of action.

Each team members agrees to check their email at least one time each weekend day. Emails that require a response should be acted upon within 24 hours of receipt.
Phone
In general, our group has agreed that it is acceptable to be reached by cell phone with few restrictions, including weekends, as long as this is not abused.
Meetings
We will have one regularly scheduled group meeting each week and one additional as-needed group meeting. The regularly-scheduled meetings will take place Tuesday at the Dana building at 1:45 PM and Sunday at 4:30 PM at DL1. Team members are expected to be no later than 10 minutes late. If for any reason a team member cannot attend a meeting, they should inform the other group members by e-mail or phone at least a half hour before the meeting. Additional or emergency meetings can be scheduled at the discretion of the group. Katie will prepare agendas for each meeting and keep the ‘big picture’ in mind as far as deliverables and upcoming events.
